Eoghan is an instinctive designer with a flair for creativity and communication. He has designed urban regeneration projects in Norwich, King's Lynn, Dorking and Gainsborough, new communities in Stevenage, Taunton and Hayle Harbour and major landscape restoration schemes in Louth, Norwich and Gwent. Most recently, Eoghan has led Sheils Flynn's extensive work on the landscape framework for the Nar Ouse regeneration in King's Lynn. The scheme includes a dramatic riverside park as well as landscapes for roads, cycleways and footpaths. This, along with many of Sheils Flynn's other public realm projects, demands a strong design vision and leadership of a multidisciplinary team to carry it through.

The directors work together on most projects, bouncing ideas off one another and generating an open design dialogue. Eoghan's design flair and ability to think laterally are always valuable in these sessions. He is an outstanding draughtsman and his graphic skills help him to communicate all aspects of the design process - to the design team, clients and stakeholders alike.
